Prepare phase A and heat to 75-80°C. Prepare phase B and heat to 70-75°C. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g. Silverson, Ultra Turrax, etc.). Cool to 40°C. Add phases C and D and mix for a few minutes. Cool to room temperature.
(25°C): Appearance—Smooth waxy cream; pH—5.0–7.0.
