Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Solutions Executive to drive new business development and revenue growth for our FDA-regulated cosmetic and wellness manufacturing services. In this role of Senior Client Solutions Executive, you are responsible to lead and support the company’s growth strategy by identifying, developing, and maintaining client relationships in the cosmetic and OTC drug contract manufacturing sector. This role ensures alignment between customer needs and company capabilities, driving revenue while upholding compliance and brand integrity. Excellent communication both verbally and in written forms are required to communicate to internal business partners and external customers with clarity and transparency. The role requires high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This opportunity is ideal for an established sales professional who understands OTC compliance, contract manufacturing, and the commercial needs of brand owners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to build and grow a contract manufacturing revenue pipeline across cosmetic, OTC drug, and wellness categories.
Identify, prospect, and close new and existing brand and private-label customers.
Present company capabilities, manufacturing processes, and FDA/OTC regulatory compliance standards to prospective clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams to support new product development, ensure proposal accuracy, and confirm project feasibility.
Negotiate contracts and pricing structures in alignment with approved guidelines and profitability objectives.
Build, manage, and forecast a qualified sales pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records in Monday.com.
Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics, including lead conversion, revenue growth, and client retention.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, deadline adherence, and quality expectations are met.
Lead collaborative problem-solving initiatives to preserve client relationships while maintaining manufacturing, quality, and compliance standards.
Support client onboarding by coordinating with management, R&D, regulatory, quality, and operations teams.
Educate prospective clients on FDA OTC requirements, formulation options, and contract manufacturing processes.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes impacting customer needs.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all Renu Labs and Investview, Inc. policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Qualifications

Compensation Plan: $75,000–$95,000 base salary plus commissions, commensurate with proven sales experience, industry expertise, and an established book of business, plus comprehensive benefits, a highly competitive performance-based incentive compensation plan, and a qualified reimbursement account to support business development activities. Benefits, PTO and Company Holidays.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
Experience: 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within cosmetics, personal care, skincare, wellness, pharmaceutical, or OTC contract manufacturing environments.
Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of FDA and OTC regulatory requirements, GMP standards, product compliance, and contract manufacturing processes.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, and CRM or digital sales reporting tools and Monday.com.
Sales Performance: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with proven ability to close B2B manufacturing and private-label agreements.
Professional Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Personal Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Business Travel: Must be available to travel unassisted as an irregular part of this job, including the possibility of overnight travel with planning (tradeshows/ client meetings).
Valid License: Must have a valid drivers license in good standing to make off-site sales calls.
Normal Travel: Must be able to drive or fly to locations for sales calls. Must be skilled in conducting daily and ongoing virtual client meetings. Hybrid remote office to Warminster & Philadelphia area
