Combine Phase A under Silverson (Rotor/Stator) and mix at ~7,000 rpms until pigments until fully dispersed. Using a dispersing blade add Phase B to Phase A and mix until uniform. Add phase C to phase Ab while heating to 80-83°C and mix until uniform. Combine phase D in a separate vessel and mix with heating to 80-83°C. In a steady stream gradually emulsify phase D into phase ABC for ~10 minutes. Pour into desired packaging or mold around 75°C-83°C. Airtight packaging preferred due to high water content.
