Add Phase A components, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition and heat to approximately 80°C. Combine Phase B components in a separate kettle with heat and mix until uniform and at approximately 80°C. When both phases are uniform and at 80°C, transfer Phase B to Phase A, while mixing for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and begin to cool. At approximately 65°C add the Phase C components and mix until uniform. Homogenization/high shear mixing may help ensure uniformity. At approximately 40°C, add Phase D components, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
