Add water to main vessel and begin agitation. Weigh remaining Phase 1 ingredients into main vessel with moderate mixing (slowly add powders). Begin heating to 70-75°C. Weigh Phase 2 ingredients in side vessel and begin heating to 70-75°C, add Phase 2 to the main vessel and mix until homogenous (5-15 min). Begin cooling to 25-30°C. When temperature is below 40°C, slowly add Phase 3 ingredients individually and mix until homogenous. When at temperature, QC batch. When concentrate is approved, proceed to aerosol room to gas cans. Filling Process: Fill liquid concentrate into aluminum/plastic cans. Crimp valve on can. Charge with Solstice Propellant. Shake the can vigorously until uniform.
Appearance (Concentrate): Thin white lotion. Appearance (Aerosol): Whipped foam. Odor: N60824-WS. Viscosity (Concentrate): 1,500-2,500 cps. pH: 4.5-5.5.
