Procedure

Combine phase A using a dispersing bland and mix until homogeneous. In a side vessel, combine phase B and mix until salt dissolves. Under a steady stream, add phase B to phase A at ~800rpm. Once fully incorporated, mix for additional two minutes at ~1200rpm.
