Combine Phase A1 using a dispersing blade and mix until homogeneous. In a side vessel, combine Phase B with simple stirring. Emulsify by adding Phase B to Phase A under low shear ~400-900rpm. Increase speed to 3000rpm for five minutes. Premix Phase C1 using a three-roller mill. Add Phase C2 to Phase C1 and mix well first, then add to Phase AB around 1000rpm and mix 1-2 minute until smooth and uniform.
Appearance: Medium beige cream. Viscosity: Brookfield RV Spindle 6, Speed 20, 1 min @ 25°C – 24hr ~24,250cp. Stability: F/T 3 Cycles (-20°C/RT): Passed - 25°C, 50°C- 3 Months: Passed.
