Heat Phase A to 75-80°C, mixing until well combined. Heat Phase B to 75-80°C, mixing until well combined. Add Phase B to Phase A with medium speed propeller mixing. Once added, cool to 65-70°C. At 65-70°C, homogenize using a Silverson/Ultra Turrax at 3,000-3,500 rpm for 2 minutes. Allow to cool while anchor mixing. Add Phase C below 50°C. Stop mixing at 40°C.
Stability: Stable at least 2 months at 4°C, 25°C and 40°C. Aspect: White cream. pH: 6.0-6.5. Viscosity: (20 rpm): 5,120 cPs. Specific Gravity: 0.89.
