Procedure

Combine Phase A1 and start to mix using a dispersing blade. 2. While mixing add Phase A2 to Phase A1 and mix until smooth and uniform. 3. In a separate vessel combine Phase B and mix well. 4. Emulsify by adding Phase B to Phase A under low shear (700-900 rpm) for ~1-2 minutes and then increase speed to ~1,800 rpm for 5 minutes. 5. In a separate vessel mix Phase C until well blended then add to Phase A+B and mix until well blended. *Note: For easy addition pre-dilute TSPL-30-TMF in a portion of the base oil and add post emulsion

Appearance-White gel cream;Viscosity (24hr)—Brookfield Heliopath RV Spindle TC, Speed 5, 1 min @ 25°C = 69,400 CPS; Stability—Room Temperature/2 Months Stable, 50°C/1 Month Stable Freeze/Thaw-3 cycles (-20°C/RT), Stable.
