In a beaker, combine ingredients in Phase A in sequence, one by one, mix with the help of an overhead stirrer at 300rpm. Add in Phase B ingredients in sequence and mix well until homogenous. Heat to 70-75°C using a water bath. Add Phase C ingredients under overhead stirring at 400-500rpm for 5 minutes. Remove heat and allow formula to cool down while mixing. Adjust pH of bulk to 7.0-7.2. Add ingredient in Phase E in sequence, stirring well until homogenous before each addition.
pH: 7.1. Viscosity: (spindle / 0 rpm): 0 mPa.s. Formulation fulfills 3 months stability at 50°C.
