Charge D.I. aqua into mixing vessel. With rapid but smooth agitation slowly sift in polyquaternium-10. Mix until system is completely clear and uniform (A). With smooth agitation, slowly blend Iselux Ultra Mild into the water system. Mix until the system is completely clear and uniform (B). Add fragrance and mix until uniform (C). If necessary adjust viscosity to 2000–3000 cps with incremental additions of citric acid (50% w/w) as needed. As the pH is reduced, the corresponding viscosity will increase (D).
Appearance at 25°C—Clear, light colored liquid; Viscosity cP2 @25°C—2000-3000; Non-volatiles, %—12-13; pH 5.5-6.5.
