At room temperature, under agitation, add Glycerin into water. With high mixing, add Natursol EMI 132 and mix until the batch is uniform. Add Phase C ingredients one at a time while mixing. Add preservative and mix until uniform. Add UV filter and mix until homogeneous. After introduction, homogenize UV filter. Use rotor stator at 600rpm for 20 minutes. Properties (measured after 24 hours): Appearance—Homogeneous milk; pH—5.5-6.5; Viscosity—17000-23000 cP, Brookfield: RV06@20rpm; Stability: LumiSizer (40°C – 3 months – 2000g)
