Procedure

Heat phase A and phase B separately to 80-85°C. Add phase B to phase A using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax). Slowly add phase C at 75°C. Add phase D while mixing and cooling. Add phase E and mix until uniform.

Properties

(25C): Appearance—White cream; Viscosity—110,000–150,000 mPa•s (Brk, RV-E, 10 rpm, after 24 hours at room temperature); pH—5.0–7.0.
