Phase Au2013In main vessel, weigh phase A, disperse in the carbomer slowly allowing complete and uniform wetting. Add remainder of phase A minimizing any foaming to the batch. Mix with propeller mixer increasing speed as necessary avoiding cavitation. Phase B u2013 In separate vessel add phase B in order and then add mixture slowly to phase A with mixing. Phase C u2013 Add phase C slowly and allow carbomer to bloom. Phase D u2013 In separate vessel add phase D in order then add to main batch. Phase E u2013 Add sub-phase E, then add to main batch. Homogenize batch for 30 seconds to 1 minute as finishing step. Phase F u2013 Add phase F, mix slowly and transfer to holding vessel.
