Mix water, glycerin, Zemea and Silwax WS in phase A until completely uniform. Add Sepimax Zen polymer under mixing until dissolved. Add emulsifier Silsurf Sustain Di-1010 under mixing until completely dissolved. Heat water phase up to 75°C-80°C and mix until homogenous. When both phases reach the same temperature, pour phase B into phase A under a mixing rate of 1,300 rpm. Once combined, continue mixing and increase rate up to 2,000 rpm for at least 2 minutes. Allow mixture to cool to 25°C-30°C. Add phase C under mixing.
