Add Rheocare C Plus to water, and mix until homogeneous. Neutralize with 20% sodium hydroxide solution. Add Phase B ingredients one at a time, making sure each ingredient is homogeneous before you add the next ingredient. Premix Phase C ingredients and add them to AB Phase. Adjust pH to 5.50, if needed.
