Procedure

hase A - Add water and GLDA to main vessel, mix at high shear, and add Kisolite BMP slowly. Once uniform, add Synthalen CH slowly. Phase B - Premix Phase B then add to Phase A and mix until uniform. Phase C - Add Phase C to Phase AB and mix. Phase D - Add Phase D to Phase ABC to reach a pH of 7 to 8. Phase E - Add Phase E followed by Phase F. Transfer to suitable vessel when uniform.

Properties

pH: 4.5 to 5.5; viscosity: Spindle 2 @ 10 rpm = 2,500 to 5,000 cst.
