Procedure

Fill main vessel with phase A, deionized water, and Dissolvine GL-47-S, dissolve into solution, slowly add glycerin, and then slowly add PNC 400 until it completely dissolves into solution. While mixing, heat the batch to 60°C, then add DL- panthenol and triethanolamine; continue heating to 70-75°C. In side vessel, add phase B in order and heat to 70-75C. When phase A and phase B are at temperature and homogeneous, slowly add phase B to phase A with mixing and homogenizing for 1-3 minutes. Begin cooling slowly with mixing. At 45-50°C, add premixed Phase C to combined phase A and B. Premix phase D and add. Switch to slow speed and transfer to holding vessel. Adjust batch to desired pH and transfer.n
