Phase A - In main vessel, combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 65ºC to 70ºC. Phase B - In side vessel, combine Phase B and begin heating to 65ºC to 70ºC with mixing. Once uniform, add Phase B to Phase A slowly. Discontinue heat once fully combined. Phase C - Pre-mix Phase C and add to main vessel once cooled to 30ºC to 35°C. Phase D—Add Phase D to main vessel in formula order. Phase E—If needed, adjust pH, then add Phase E slowly with rapid mixing. Mixture will thicken.
pH: 5.5 to 6.5; Viscosity: #5 @ 30 rpm (25°C) – 5,500 to 8,000 cP.
