Combine phase A components and heat to ~80°C with mixing to ensure the phase is uniform. In a separate vessel, combine phase B components and heat to ~80°C with mixing to ensure the phase is uniform. Once both phases have reached 80°C, add phase B to phase A. Mix thoroughly. Remove heat source once thoroughly combined. After the temperature cools to approximately 40°C, add the phase C components, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
