Add ingredients of phase A step by step in water and mix thoroughly to get a homogenous solution. Add ingredients of phase B slowly under stirring to the mixture. Viscosity will increase slightly. Add ingredients of phase C step by step under stirring to the mixture. Mix separately ingredients of phase D and add them into the solution. Stir gently. Add ingredient of phase E, stir gently.
