Phase A - Combine Phase A in main vessel in formula order with mixing. Add Synthalen CR gradually and wet out completely. Begin heating to 60°C. Phase B - In a side vessel, combine Phase B in formula order with mixing and heating to 60°C or until melted. Phase may look slightly discontinuous at this step while melted completely. Add Phase B to Phase A slowly with increased mixing as needed. Discontinue heat and cool to below 40°C. Phase C - Add Phase C to Phase AB and mix thoroughly. Adjust pH with 30% KOH solution to 5.0 to 5.5. Cool to room temperature.
