Prepare phase A, pre-mixing the gums with Olivem 300 and butylene glycol before adding water, then heat it to 80-85°C. Add phase B to phase A under stirring, keeping the temperature to 75-80°C. Heat phase C to 75-80°C and add to phase AB, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson or Ultra Turrax) for 2 minutes. Cool down to room temperature while gently stirring. Add the ingredients of phase D to phase ABC one by one, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson or Ultra Turrax). Add phase E to phase ABCD, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson or Ultra Turrax) for 2 minutes. Add phase F to phase ABCDE, using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson or Ultra Turrax) for 1 minute. Add phase G to the main vessel (0.02%) using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson or Ultra Turrax) for 1 minute.
Appearance—Ivory cream; Viscosity—8000-13000 mPa·s (Brk, RVDV-E, Sp 6, 10 rpm, after 24 hours at room temperature); pH—5.6.
