In the main vessel equipped with a saw tooth propeller mixer, add phase A ingredients and heat to 80˚C. Sprinkle in phase B ingredient and mix until fully dispersed. Add phase C ingredient. Mix until uniform. Premix phase D ingredients in a side beaker and heat to 90˚C. Mix until uniform. Begin to cool the side beaker. At 80˚C, add phase E ingredients to the side beaker. Mix until uniform. Add the premix to the main vessel. Mix until uniform. Begin to cool the batch. At 75˚C, add phase F ingredient and mix until uniform. Switch to sweep mixing at 60-70 rpm. Drop batch at 30˚C.
