Combine ingredients in phase A and mix well. Combine ingredients in phase B and mix well. Disperse phase B2 (ZnO and TiO2 and Silica, one after another) into phase B1 until uniform. Add phase B3 into batch, then heat up to 85°C until uniform and mix well; then cool down batch to RT. Blend well or using Silverson Homogenizer at 10,000 rpm for 2 minutes for a batch 200 grams. Add phase A into batch under moderate mixing rate. After addition, high shear 1,500 rpm for 2 minutes. Add phase C while mixing.
