Procedure

Phase A - Combine Phase A in side vessel until uniform and begin heating to 75°C. Phase B - At 50°C to 55°C, add Phase B to Phase A. Dissolve the avobenzone completely before proceeding. Phase C - Add Phase C to Phase AB and continue mixing and heating. Phase D - Combine Phase D in main vessel and heat to 75°C. At temperature, slowly add Phase ABC to Phase D with increased mixing as needed. Discontinue heat. Phase E - Once cooled below 45°C, add Phase E ingredients in formula order with mixing between additions. Phase F - Once cooled below 35°C, add Phase F ingredients and mix completely.
