Add the rest of the Part A ingredients under mixing until homogeneous, and heat to 75°C. PART B: in a separate vessel, mix the ingredients until homogeneous and heat to 75°C. Add part B to part A and homogenize with Ultra-Turrax homogenizer (IKA) for 3 minutes at 10,000 rpm. Cool batch to 30°C with rotor while mixing. Add Part C ingredients to batch one at time. Mix until uniform and adjust speed as needed using rotor agitation. Neutralize with sodium hydroxide (20%) (PART D) to pH 5.0–5.5. Scrape the side of the vessel using a spatula and continue mixing until homogeneous with rotor.
