Combine Phase A using a dispersing blade until homogeneous. In a side vessel, combine Phase B and mix well until salt has dissolved. Using a dispersing blade, emulsify by adding Phase B to Phase A under low shear (~400-900rpm). Then increase speed to 2000rpm for 3 minutes. Pre-mix Phase C using a three-roller mill. Then add Phase C to Phase AB under low shear (~1000rpm) and mix until uniform.
