1.Combine phase A and mix until smooth and uniform using a dispersing blade. 2. Combine phase B in a separate vessel and mix well.3. In a steady stream add phase B to phase A (700-900 rpm maximum speed).4. Crank up speed to ~1,100 rpm and mix for an additional 3 minutes.5. Add phase C and mix until uniform.6.
