Procedure

Mix phases A and B separately at 80°C. Add A to B slowly stirring with a homogenizer at 5,000rpm and stir at 9,000rpm for one minute. Cool in ice bath.

CHARACTERISTICS: pH 4.5-5.5 (25°C). Viscosity 15,000-30,000 mPa•s (25°C Brookfield viscometer No. 4, 12rpm). This formulation is stable for two months under the condition of 0°C, 25°C and 50°C.
