Procedure

Mix A and stir with a paddle at 300rpm. Add B in 10 additions stirring with a paddle at 300rpm and stir at 300rpm for 10 minutes. Add C slowly stirring with a paddle at 300rpm and stir at 300rpm for 10 minutes. Add E to D (stirring 3,000rpm) and stir with a disper mixer (6,000rpm, 3 minutes). Add C to D slowly stirring with a paddle at 300rpm and stir at 300rpm for 3 minutes.

Properties

pH 4.5-5.5 (25°C). Viscosity: 4,000-8,000 mPa•s (25°C Brookfield viscometer No. 3, 12 rpm). This formulation is stable for two months under the condition of 0°C, 25°C and 50°C.
