Procedure

Mix A and stir with a paddle at 300 rpm. Add B to 1) in 10 additions stirring with a paddle at 300 rpm and stir at 300 rpm for 10 minutes. Add C to 2) slowly stirring with a paddle at 300 rpm and stir at 300 rpm for 10 minutes. Add E to D (stirring 6,000 rpm), and stir with a disper mixer (6,000 rpm, 3 minutes). Add 3) to 4) slowly stirring with a paddle at 300 rpm and stir at 300 rpm for 3 minutes.

Properties

pH 4.0-5.0 (25°C). Viscosity 20,000 – 40,000 mPa•s (25°C Brookfield viscometer No. 4, 12 rpm). This formulation is stable for two months under the condition of 0°C, 25°C and 50°C.
