Procedure

Mix A and B separately at 80°C. Add A to B slowly stirring with a homo mixer at 4,000 rpm, and stir at 4,000 rpm for 4 min. Cool down with ice water stirring with a paddle. Add C to 3 and stir with a paddle at 100 rpm for 10 min).

Properties

pH 4.0-5.0 (25°C); Viscosity 32,000-42,000 mPa•s (25°C Brookfield viscometer No.4, 12 rpm). This appearance and viscosity are stable for two months under the condition of 0°C, 25°C and 50°C.
