Combine phase A ingredients with disperser and heat to 80°C . Then add phase B and mix well. In a separate vessel mix phase C ingredients and heat to 80˚C. Emulsify by adding phase C tophase A under low shearing (700 to 1000rpm). Increase the speed to 2,000 rpm for 3 minutes. Decrease the speed to 500rpm and mix for 5 minutes. Fill into desired container at 80˚C. Note: airtight packaging preferred due to high concentration of water.
