In an adequate vessel, add the components of Part A and mix using the rotor until it is fully homogeneous. Add the components in the order described in the formulation. Heat to 70°C in the moment to make the emulsion. Mix and melt (70°C) the components of Part B and add to Part A while stirring using rotor (900 rpm). Homogenize with Ultra-Turrax homogenizer (IKA) for 1 minute at 10,000 rpm.Adjust pH with sodium hydroxide (20% solution) Part C. When the temperature is lower than 35°C, mix the componentsof Part D and add to Part C while stirring using rotor (900 rpm). Add Part E and homogenize using rotor agitation.
