More Information

COMMENTS: This intense hydrating balm has a unique whipped-like texture which provides an instant cooling sensation to tired skin. This formula also contains light-reflecting pearls to give a natural radiance. The association of X-22-6695B and KF-6104 allows for the formulation of a stable W/O emulsion with a larger particle size to enhance the cooling effect.
