Add Phase A components, one at a time, mixing until uniform after each addition. In a separate vessel, combine Phase B components, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. (Note that the Pemulen TR-2 material will only disperse in this phase and not be clear.) Combine Phase B to Phase A under mixing. Mix until uniform. Add the Nipaguard SCE, mixing thoroughly. Use the NaOH Solution to neutralize the Pemulen TR-2 and adjust final pH to target.
