Procedure

In an appropriate clean beaker, weigh ingredients #1-4 of part A and heat to 50°C. Sprinkle ingredient #5 to batch with mixing until complete dispersion. Sprinkle ingredient #6 to batch with mixing until complete dispersion avoiding air trapping, max speed 500 rpm then raise the temperature to 60°C. Sprinkle ingredient #7 to batch until complete dispersion. Add one at a time part B ingredients to part A under homogenizer at 5000 rpm for 15 minutes. In a separate beaker weigh part C and heat it to 70°C. Add slowly part C to part A/B at 70°C stirring at 800 rpm and homogenize for 1 minute at 10,000 rpm. Let it cool down with mixing 500 rpm to 30°C for adding one by one the ingredients of part D to batch.
