Phase A - Add all ingredients to main vessel. Mix until uniform. Phase B - Slowly add Phase B and adjust pH with NaOH to ~6.0 or to desired consistency. Phase C - Add Phase C ingredients in formula order and mix until uniform. Phase D - Pre-mix fragrance and solubilizer and add to batch. Phase E - Add preservative and mix until completely blended.
pH: 6.0 to 7.0. Viscosity: spindle No. 4 @ 20 rpm - 4,000 to 6,000 cP. Appearance: Translucent flowable gel.
