Pre-disperse xanthan gum into glycerin and add to water, this is phase A. Heat to 75- 80°C with mixing. Combine phase B and heat to 75-80°C. Add phase B to phase A under prop mixing. Mix until uniform. Start cooling and continue to mix until 40°C and add phase C. Continue mixing and cooling down to below 30°C.
