Set up a water bath and begin heating to 75°C. Phase A - Combine Phase A ingredients using slow prop mixing to avoid introducing air to the batch. Phase B - In a separate vessel weigh Phase B. Add Phase B to Phase A when Phase A reaches 50°C to 55°C. Continue heating to 70°C to 75°C. Phase C - Allow previous mixture to become creamy prior to addition of Phase C. At temperature, slowly add Phase C and allow the mixture to remain creamy. Once uniform, discontinue heat and cool to 60°C to 65°C. Phase D - At 60°C to 65°C, add Phase D and allow to become uniform. Pour the batch into molds and allow to cool at room temp for 24 to 48 hours.
