1. In a separate vessel, add ingredients of Phase A and heat to 75°C. 2. In the main vessel, add ingredients of Phase B and heat to 75°C. 3. Add ingredients of Phase A to the main vessel with mixing. Mix for 15 minutes or until homogenous. 4. Remove main vessel from heat. 5. Adjust the pH of the main vessel to 7.00 with Phase C (sodium hy- droxide solution, 25%) 6. In a separate vessel, premix ingredients of Phase D. When main vessel is at 45°C, add Phase D to the main vessel with mixing. Mix until homogenous. 7. Add Phase E to the main vessel with mixing. Mix until homogenous. 8. In a separate vessel, premix ingredients of Phase F. Add Phase F to the main vessel with mixing. Mix until homogenous. 9. Add Phase G with mixing. Mix until homogenous. 10. Check the pH of the main vessel. If necessary, adjust the pH to 7.00 with sodium hydroxide solution, 25%.
