Prepare phase A. Disperse phase B in phase A and let it swell. Prepare phase D, then warm phase AB and phase C separately to 75-80°C. When phases are at temperature, add phase C, then add phase D, to phase AB under stirring. Homogenize phase ABCD for 3 minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson, Ultra-Turrax). Cool batch to room temperature under slow stirring. Add phase E under stirring and homogenize for 1 minute. Add phase F under stirring and homogenize for 1 minute.
Appearance—Shiny white cream; Viscosity—5,000–10,000 mPa∙s (10 rpm, Brk, RVDV-E, T-B, after 24 hours at room temperature); pH: 3.5–4.5.
