Weigh phase A, mix well with normal helix stirring. Weight and mix phase B. Pour phase B into phase A with normal helix stirring for one hour. Heat phase A and B to 75°C in bain-marie. Weigh and add phase D to phase C, stir well. Add CD to AB with rapid rotor stator stirring. Weigh and add phase E to the previous part at around 45°C, mix well. Weigh and add phase F to the previous part, mix well. Weigh and add phase G to the previous part, mix well. Weigh and add phase H to the previous part, mix well.
Appearance: White opaque cream; pH: 5.40±0.5; Viscosity: 35.000 cps± 10% Sp.93, 2.5rpm, 1 min. 25°C, Brookfield DV-I Prime. Stability: 3 months at 4°C, 25°C, 45°C and 1 month at 50°C. Centrifuge 10 min @ 3000rpm and 1 x 80°C/+25°C 24 hours freeze-thaw cycle and autoclave 20min @120°C.
