Charge phase A into mixing vessel. Begin warming batch to 60-65°C. Sprinkle in polyquaternium-10. Mix until system is clear. Add Iselux Ultra Mild into the system. Add phase D and mix until melted. Cool batch to 40°C. Add phase E (preservative of choice can be used). Adjust pH with citric acid solution (50% Aq.) as needed. Adjust viscosity, if needed, with sodium chloride (phase G) if needed.
Appearance @ 25°C—White, pearlized; Viscosity (*Brookfield RVT5 @ 30 rpm), cps @ 25°C—1200-3500; and pH: 5.50-6.00.
