Mix all ingredients of phase A and heat to 70°C. Blend all ingredients of phase B, heat to 70°C and add to phase A. Cool down to 45°C and add ingredients of phase C to phase AB and stir more slowly. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0. Add phase D to phase ABC. Add ingredients of phase E to phase ABCD.
Appearance: Brown lotion. pH value: 5.5-6.0. Viscosity: Approx. 7,500 mPas (20rpm, 20°C). Stability: 3x Freeze/ thaw test, 4 weeks RT / 45°C.
