Procedure

Premix Phase A. Premix Phase B separately. Add Phase B to Phase A with mixing and begin heating to 85˚C. In a separate vessel, heat all ingredients of Phase C with mixing to 85˚C. When Phase C has reached 85ºC, add to Phase AB and homogenize with high shear. Cool Phase ABC to room temperature with mixing. Add Phase D with continued mixing. When batch is <40˚C, add ingredients of Phase E with mixing. Premix Phase F and carefully add to Phase ABCDE with mixing. Adjust pH to ~5.50, if necessary.
