Procedure

Prepare Phase A. Pre-mix Hya-Act M and Keltrol in glycols. Add to Phase A and heat to 85°C. Prepare Phase C and heat to 85°C. Add C in A+B and homogenize with high sheer rate (2 minutes at 13,500 rpm). Cool down to 40°C while stirring and add ingredients of Phase D one by one. Adjust the pH with Phase E.
