Prepare phase A and B separately and heat to 75–80°C. Add phase B to phase A, using a suitable dispersion unit to homogenize (e.g., Silverson, Ultra-Turrax). Cool to room temperature under gentle stirring. Add phase C. Adjust pH to 6.5–7.0, if necessary, and mix until uniform.
(25°C): Appearance—Yellowish fluid emulsion; Viscosity—1000–1500 mPa•s (20 rpm, Brk, RVDV-E, T-A, after 24 hours at room temperature); pH—6.5–7.0.
