Weigh the ingredients of part A except the Avalure Flex-6 polymer and heat to 50°C, then add slowly Avalure Flex-6 polymer until complete dispersion then raise the temperature to 90°C (it can prepared the day before). Add part B ingredients one at a time in a suitable vessel under homogenizer at 3000 rpm for 10 minutes while heating to 100°C. Weigh part C and heat it to 100°C. Add part B to part C then add the ingredients of part D. Make the emulsion by quickly adding part B/C/D to part A at 600 rpm. Keep the bulk at 90°C until emulsion is completed. Fill the pre-heated and siliconed molds.
